Can I send a diagnostic report?
You may preview a diagnostic report in Settings and share it if useful. Nothing is sent automatically.
What access do I need?
PadelSum requires a verified Lifetime purchase or an active subscription, including an activated eligible trial or confirmed billing grace period. Monthly and Lifetime unlock the same features. Apple displays the price and confirms purchases before you are charged. A pending or cancelled purchase does not provide access.
How does the free trial work?
Apple determines trial eligibility for each Apple Account. If the purchase screen says you are eligible, the monthly subscription is free for seven days and then renews monthly unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Lifetime is a one-time purchase without a trial.
I already purchased access. What should I do?
Choose Restore Purchases on the purchase screen, using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restore purchases checks access; it does not recover deleted history.
How do I cancel?
Manage payments or cancel a subscription in Apple subscription settings (iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Buying Lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. Lifetime has no renewal to cancel.
Is my history backed up or synced?
Match history is stored on your device. Your paired iPhone and Apple Watch exchange match data and deletion records through Apple's WatchConnectivity; iPad history is local to that iPad. Nothing is sent to a developer server. Device backups may contain this local data. Removing the app may remove local history, and restoring a purchase does not restore deleted matches. Are levels and statistics a measure of skill?
No. PadelSum records team results and activity; its levels and statistics are not a measure of individual sporting skill. Optional workout recording is not medical advice.
