PadelSum uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms describe how access and purchases work in the app.
What PadelSum is
PadelSum is a padel score tracker for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. You tap once per point; points, games, sets and tiebreaks count themselves, and the app keeps your match history, statistics and progress.
Access
Access requires a verified Lifetime purchase or an active subscription, including an activated eligible trial or confirmed billing grace period. Apple displays the price and confirms purchases. A pending or cancelled purchase does not provide access.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription. Eligible customers may get a free trial; its length and the price after it are shown in the app and in the App Store before you confirm.
- Subscriptions renew through Apple unless you cancel in Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancelled auto-renewal does not remove an already paid access period.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no trial or renewal. Buying Lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing subscription.
- Purchases are made through Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
Results, levels and statistics
PadelSum records team results and activity; its levels and statistics are not a measure of individual sporting skill.
