ZeroPouch: Quit Nicotine Pouch

ZeroPouch helps you quit or cut down on nicotine pouches — tracking money saved, nicotine avoided, and your day-by-day progress. Here are answers to common questions.

How do I get started?

On first launch, pick "cold turkey" or "taper down," and enter your usual habit (strength, pouches per day, price per can). After setup, choose monthly or lifetime access. Once the purchase or eligible trial is active, the tracker opens with your numbers; you can change the setup later in Settings.

What access do I need?

After setup, full tracking access requires either a monthly subscription or the one-time lifetime purchase. Both options unlock the same tracker, taper plan, reminders, progress insights, recovery timeline, and widget. Safety SOS, support, local data export, local data deletion and purchase restoration remain available without an active purchase. Viewing history without active paid access is available only to former monthly subscribers.

How does the monthly trial work?

Apple determines trial eligibility for each account. If the paywall says you are eligible, the monthly option is free for seven days and then renews monthly unless cancelled. If eligibility cannot be confirmed, ZeroPouch does not promise a trial. The App Store purchase sheet always shows the terms before confirmation.

I used an earlier free version. Is my history gone?

No. Your existing local history stays on your device. Version 1.1 explains the new access model once; then shows the purchase options. You can export or delete your data, use Safety SOS, contact support and restore purchases without paid access. Viewing history and using the tracker require paid access; an earlier free installation does not unlock read-only history.

I bought lifetime access before. Do I need to buy again?

Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or read-only screen. Monthly and lifetime purchases are tied to your Apple Account. Previous lifetime buyers keep the same product ID and can restore full access without buying again. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. If restoration fails, retry or contact support.

What happens when my monthly access ends?

Former monthly subscribers can view their existing history in read-only mode. Creating or editing entries, reminders and widget content require active paid access. Export, deletion, Safety SOS, support, subscription management and Restore Purchases remain available.

Can I fix a day I logged wrong?

With active paid access, yes. On the Progress tab, tap any day under "Recent days" and adjust the count. Your streak and totals recalculate — fixing a miscount never punishes your progress.

Is my data backed up or synced?

Your quit history stays on your device; ZeroPouch does not sync it between devices. Export it before deleting the app or changing devices. Purchase restoration restores access, not quit history. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app identifier and purchase history to manage access; see the Privacy Policy.

Is this medical advice?
